Community Building

Community arts--the art of creating and sustaining healthy community--are one of the core values, and skillsets, taught by and supported by Diana's Grove. More resources will be located here soon. Introductions to these concepts can be found in the Community and Spiritual Growth section:

Community Building--What does a healthy community look like? How is a healthy community built and sustained? Why is it important to learn group dynamics, and learn how to identify the intention of your group? What tools can you learn to support this process?

Cornerstones of Healthy Community--These five cornerstones form the foundation of the house. As Cynthia writes, "Without solid foundations, the roof will always leak, the door won't shut properly, and that corner in the back will be drafty."

Community Group agreements--These basic group agreements form the pattern of many Mystery School gatherings. Group discussions are a ritual of speaking and listening, and here is how we can support and respect one another in that process.
